kao! was clearing my stuffs.. then i saw ants.. i was wondering where they come from... NEver EXpected them to come from my disc man!!!! FUCK!!!! nest of ants inside!!!! soo disgusting!!! Used pesticide to spray it... darn DISGUSTING!!! n i think my discman is SPOILED!!!!! *sobs*


Think itz time for me to consider to buy a mp3 player... Kaox.. i bought the disc man with my ang bao money the yr b4 last yr leh~


Anyway.. My arms Hurts NOW! My old injurie then is not okay yet... Shit man. Today's trg actually not very tough... BUt! i dunno wad happen... darn weak today.. Must be the food prob like wad qiqi mention... i think i nv eat correct food for quite long.. no proper meals! Aiyoz.. train untill i feel like vomiting.. then nanli told me i look very pale..
