Train with LEE KANG ZHI (SKD) bloody farker... hate him lar. Suppose to touch n go onli. farking shit.. he kept punching me very hard lor! hate him lar.. FREAKING SHIT.. This made me hate SKD even more. kept punching my left eye! VERY PAIN LO!!!

Train with brenda.. during shuai-ing.. i dunno wad happen.. i grabbed her.. in-order not to land first.. but.. in the end. i twisted my KNEE. Darn scary lor.. the feeling was like.. it turned out n back back in again.. got 2 craking sound. leg felt very numb n fell on e floor.

Having Gym training every tues n thurs(shoik ar!). Tue was terrible~! Made us ran e stairs.. 10 rounds! after that do chest press(10kg each side + bar =40KG) 10 sets of 8. 8 sets of leg press of 10. thats all.. Darn shag. Wah.. i think if i can jian chi with this kindda training i can be superwoman lei! LOL.. Will become super fit! haha..

Did i mention i wanna quit fencing due to wz training? i think its worth it. I would rather work on a sport i've been for the past 1 half yr rather then a sport which i hardly know. Not easy to handle both. Eg. im standing with left stance for sanda, but right stance for fencing.. Er.. footwork also differnt.. But i think i might be joining them for training.. cos they're having a tourny on march n is short of 1 person. Hopes Mr Su lets me off after this tourny..

Eh... see lar no hp.. they couldnt contact me nearly missed my chance of getting 800 bucks! lol! Until Mr Su came in n looked for me.. n told me i am suppose to be at hq at 11am! i was like.. freaking off.. panic here n there.. cos i was having 2 tests today. Rushed to Hq. Waited for like a hr +? butt nearly rotted there.. i was e last 1 to go in.. *grinz* Well.. anyway.. my one was a very fast 1 unlike e others.. wonder is it a good news or bad news? Anyway.. let god pave the way for me lar huh..

Went to meet px at wz.. at 3.. LOL! Su laoshi saw me n said i was very puntual! Coz i was there at 3.00pm! LOL.. THen she said.. hmm.. during the trip to myanmar she offer u e bed but u dint sleep.. so in the end u all became good frens har? Then.. px was saying.. "wo men ben lai jiu si hao peng you" LOL! cute.


Went ps to have lunch n went over to her sch. Saw her Gp teacher.. Ahahaha.. =X There's this soloist darn seh!! She sang soo well but she got 3rd.. Shity shit.. so unfair.. Hahaha... joke of the day! e 1 nite in beijing song.. LOL.. 2 girls was singing it.. e wayang part they made it.. but the normal part.. they could'nt.. sounds so funny. even ask px to rec it down for yt to luff at.
