Well well.. Yaode came back training today! wad a mirical! ahaha.. training was smooth for me.. which made me have more confident.. n stable. ^.^ Yaode said i improve quite alot!! WhOOO!!! soo damn happY! LOlz.. Daijin said.. sifu told her when i came back frm china i became very fierce for training.. LOL.. like a tiger.


Well.. i think.. we gotta be serious in training. in order not lose concentration n we wun get injuried that easily. =) My aim will be next year's SEA games.. And I'll TRY to achieve wad i want to. Although this time i lost. But it was a very good exprience. Im not finding any excuses.. but thats e fact.
