Vespa!
hmm.. actually siew huei quite frenly. She's not as ke pa as i first thought. well anyway, MRI report was quite negative. there's quite afew tear n a torn in my knee. Gota arrange to see a doc at sgh den arrange for surgery.


MRI RIGHT KNEE


Coronal and sagittal proton- density images and sagittal PDW with fat saturation images if the knee were obtain.


The bones of the knee joint show normal configuration and position. The bone marrow signal, trabeclar pattern and epiphyseal lines show a normal apperance. The cortex is continuous, smooth and shows no subchondral changes. The cartilage over the femoro-tibial and patello-femoral joints is maintained, without prominent fibrillantion or flap.


The medial meniscus if the knee shows a normal trianglar shape and a homogeneous low signal intensity. The surface are smooth and intact.
there is an oblique tear in the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus. The lateral collateral ligament is also torn.
The posterior cruciate ligament is intact and with normal orientation and signal intensity.There is a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament. (ACL)
The insertion of the popliteus tendon are normal in apperance. The patellar tedon is intact.
