wahaha.. i earned satisfaction...


went ftp to torture my junoirs.. most of them nv see b4 one.. almost all was late.. i went over cca room n shouted.. Oi!! go up!! stop waiting for e others! but none of them moved their butts.. ARGH! have to come up w some punishment.shouted again..WHoever reaches the hall later then me shall do 50 PUMPINGS! i slowly strolled into the hall.. wahaha... after that.. i realise the were running behind. :P


Actuallly din do much PT also.. jus made them slow jog ard the hall for 10rds.. 5sets of sprinting.. blah blah.. 2 guys got punish for drinking water w/o permission.. WAHAHHAHAA.. feel so shuang~ im a sadist.. LOL.. aft that.. i warn the others.. if i haben allow u to go for break.. u are not allowed to! So shuang lar.. cos after that the junoirs came up to me to ask me permission to drink water.. but i said NO..


Jus felt super satisfide.. yay~ ended class 2 mins late.. i hope they're having muscel ache now.. WHAHAHAHA.. im such a sadist..
